Success criteria

Demonstrate mastery of techniques and critical steps; Attend and participate in the entire course; Obtain a passing grade of 75% on the written and closed-book knowledge assessment; Respect the Fundamental Principles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance:
Any cancellation or change must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date.
Requests for cancellation or changes must be sent by email at least 48 hours before the training.

Cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance:
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the training: no refund will be issued.
If the training is rescheduled: a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Absence on the day of the training:
Any absence on the morning of the training, with or without notice, does not entitle you to a refund.
A new registration, along with payment of the training fee, will be required to attend another session.
