First Aid in the Workplace - CNESST
Workplace First Aid training enables workers to acquire the knowledge and skills required to intervene in a medical emergency or a workplace accident until first responders arrive.
Organizations recognized by the CNESST provide the training.
Participants must be present throughout the training to obtain a first aid certificate (valid for three years).

- Approaching a victim
- Bone and joint injuries and transport
- Burns, hypothermia and hyperthermia
- Choking
- Primary assessment
- Secondary assessment
- Hemorrhage and shock
- Intoxications
- Allergic reactions (epinephrine administration)
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR and AED)
- First-aid kits
